At APSCU 2012, we were happy to have the opportunity to put James Benzing of  Diversified Human Resources in what he deemed “the hot seat.” Established 16 years ago, Diversified Human Resources is a multi-faceted HR firm. We asked Mr. Benzing who can benefit from Diversified Human Resources’ services, what role they play when a company already has an HR department, and whether or not there’s a difference in a human resources department’s role at a for-profit versus a traditional institution. We thank Mr. Benzing for his time, and enjoyed learning more about Diversified Human Resources’ role within higher education.
